Order processing
Orders are prepared and packed in the order they're received. As soon as your shipment is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it all the way to delivery.
Subscription shipments are scheduled monthly on the anniversary of your plan start date, with billing processed two days before each shipment is prepared.

All orders ship via our standard service with full tracking. Transit windows below are carrier estimates measured from dispatch, not guarantees.

International orders
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Canadian orders ship via standard tracked international service. Recipients are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by their local authority.
For other international destinations or institutional bulk shipments, please contact us for a custom quote.
Legal compliance & customs
You are responsible for ensuring that the products you order are lawful to import, possess, and use at your delivery address. Regulations governing research peptides differ by country, state, and locality. By ordering, you confirm the products are permitted where they will be delivered.
If a shipment is held, seized, returned, or refused by customs or any other authority, or is undeliverable for reasons outside our control, we are not responsible for the loss and such orders are not eligible for a refund. We do not ship to embargoed or sanctioned destinations or to denied parties. Please review our Terms and Research-Use Disclaimer before ordering.
Packaging
Every G0 Labs shipment includes:
- Sealed, padded protective packaging around each vial
- Tamper-evident outer carton with batch and Certificate-of-Analysis reference
- Plain, unmarked outer packaging — no product names or logos visible
- Full tracking from dispatch through delivery
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email within an hour of label creation. You can also view tracking and download Certificates of Analysis from your account dashboard.
Delivery
Orders ship with full tracking and may be left at the door at the carrier's discretion. We recommend shipping to a staffed laboratory or institutional receiving address rather than a residential address to ensure timely receipt.
Damaged or wrong items
If any vial arrives damaged, leaking, with a broken seal, or noticeably warm, do the following within 7 days of delivery:
- Photograph the outer carton, the inside of the package, and the affected vial(s)
- Email photos and your order number to hello@g0labs.org
- Do not discard the affected items until we confirm replacement
We'll send replacements at no cost or, at your option, issue a full refund for the affected items.
Returns policy
Because our products are sensitive research reagents, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns of opened, unopened, or refused shipments back into inventory.
If a shipment is refused or returned by the carrier as undeliverable, the order will be cancelled and refunded minus a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
