1. Acceptance of terms
By placing an order with G0 Labs LLC ("G0 Labs," "we," "us"), creating an account, or otherwise using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products.
We may revise these terms periodically. The version in effect at the time you place an order governs that order. Continued use of the site after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Research-use only
All products sold by G0 Labs are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research, reference standards, and analytical use by qualified researchers and institutions. Products are not pharmaceutical or therapeutic in nature.
Products are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, food applications, or any in-vivo administration. By ordering, you certify the materials will be handled in a controlled laboratory setting and in accordance with applicable safety standards.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and legally capable of entering binding contracts in your jurisdiction. We may, at our discretion, require additional verification of your research status, institution, or intended use before fulfilling an order.
4. Orders & payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at any time, including after order confirmation, if we suspect misuse, fraud, or that the order does not comply with these terms.
- Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless stated.
- Payment is processed at the time of order via our third-party payment provider.
- Subscription plans renew monthly until paused or cancelled by the account holder.
- Promotional codes are subject to expiration, usage limits, and may not be combined.
5. Shipping & risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of products to the carrier. We package items with cold-chain materials appropriate to the product and provide tracking, but are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns
Due to the nature of biological reagents, all sales are final. We will replace shipments that arrive damaged or incorrect provided you contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and contents.
7. Intellectual property
The G0 Labs name, logo, wordmark, website content, product photography, written research summaries, and visual design are the property of G0 Labs LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, or use any element of the site for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, G0 Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or research output, arising out of or related to your use of our products or website.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
9. Disputes & governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, except for claims that may be brought in small-claims court.
